A New Rochelle restaurant is going high-tech when it comes to taking orders during the pandemic.

Wayne Carrington, at Roc n Ramen, says they were losing money through delivery apps like GrubHub and Uber Eats, which takes about 30% of sales. So they decided to create an app of their own that allows people to safely order from home.

Carrington says the other apps took about $30 of a $100 order. On their app, he says it is $7.89 every order.

He says they can also cater to more guests, expanding to a 10-mile radius.
