2h agoThere was a heavy police presence in New Rochelle Thursday as officers searched for suspects involved in a vehicle theft.
Police say they spotted four men walking on Seacord Road, who were believed to be involved.
When they saw police, they fled the scene.
Two suspects were caught on Bon Air Avenue and a third on Seacord Road.
News 12 is told the fourth suspect was not found.
Police say a handgun was recovered.
