A new family business in Mamaroneck is trying to change the perception of fast food and eating on the run.
The new restaurant Green Life is located on Mamaroneck Avenue, and it's only been open for about a month.
The owners say they wanted to create a lively space where people could come and enjoy fresh, healthy, locally sourced fast food.
Green Life has a wide variety of healthy items on its menu including fresh juices, smoothies, sandwiches, and made-to-order salads.
