Navy jets to fly over Hudson River today
If you're sitting outside for lunch today, you might be able to see a show in the sky.
At noon today, three Navy fighter jets will fly over the Hudson River in a training exercise.
After going over the Gov. Mario Cuomo Bridge, they will turn around and go back toward the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. The jets will typically fly at altitudes between 2,500 and 3,000 feet.
The Navy has done this training mission numerous times the past few years.
