Employees at Carousel Cakes in Nanuet are busy meeting the demand for special desserts this holiday season.
Their top dessert is the "Elvis Drizzle Cake," which has been chosen as one of Oprah Winfrey's favorites.
The cake is featured on Oprah's Favorite Things 2015 list.
"We were chosen one out of 67, so we're very, very proud and very happy," says Carousel Cakes owner, Nancy Finkelstein.
In addition to the Elvis Drizzle Cake, the bakery's Red Velvet Cake is also a big seller during the holiday season.
