Nanuet man charged with attempted murder in Haverstraw shootings

Police say on Oct. 22 at 2:30 a.m., officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds inside P&D Seafood at 9 Main St.

Haverstraw police have made an arrest in a shooting from last October.
Police say Percy Ayers II, 38, of Nanuet, has been charged with attempted murder.
They say on Oct. 22 at 2:30 a.m., officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds inside P&D Seafood at 9 Main St.
Police did not release the motive for the shootings.
Ayers also faces numerous other charges.
He was arraigned in Haverstraw Village Justice Court and remanded to the Rockland County Jail.
