A Yonkers family is still hoping for a killer to be brought to justice as they prepare to celebrate the holidays without their loved one.
Michael Nolan, 23, was gunned down on Oct. 18 in a Burger King parking lot on Central Park Avenue. Nolan was an Oakland A's prospect.
Nolan's mother, Donna, says all she has left of her son is memories.
" I wait every day...if I hear the phone ringing I'm thinking this could be the call," says Donna Nolan. "Somebody has to pay the price for what they did to my son. Some justice has to be brought to what they did to my family."
Yonkers police say the case is a priority and are offering a reward to bring the killer to justice.
