Mount Vernon native and rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing another sexual assault lawsuit.

Crystal McKinney claims Combs "drugged and sexually assaulted" her at his New York City recording studio in 2003. The complaint, filed yesterday states she was 22 years old at the time. McKinney is seeking an unspecified amount in punitive and compensatory damages.

This is the seventh lawsuit in which Combs has been named in recent months.

This latest suit comes days after surveillance footage was released showing Combs physically attacking his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2016. Ventura brought a lawsuit against Combs in November, alleging he raped her in 2018 and subjected her to years of abuse over the course of their relationship.

Ventura's complaint was settled within a day. Combs apologized for his actions in a video on Sunday.
