Mount Kisco man faces manslaughter charge in fatal stabbing

Police say they arrested Oscar Morales, 41, on Sunday.

A Mount Kisco man has been charged with manslaughter in the stabbing death of a man he apparently knew.
Westchester County police say it happened around 11 p.m. on Saturday at 305 Lexington Ave. where suspect and victim lived.
When police arrived, they found a man with multiple stab wounds. He was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital Center where he was pronounced dead about an hour later.
Police say they arrested Oscar Morales, 41, on Sunday. Witnesses say Morales and the victim knew each other. They said they had an argument that turned into a physical altercation and Morales used a knife to stab the victim.
The victim’s name is being withheld pending confirmation of his identity.
Morales was arraigned in Mount Kisco Justice Court and remanded without bail to the County Jail.
