WHAT'S NOW: After a day with warm temperatures, fair skies and a pleasant breeze, temperatures will trend milder than average for Friday but cloud cover will increase.
WHAT'S NEW: A cold front moves through overnight Friday into Saturday. The rainfall amounts won’t add up to much, and some areas may see just a few drops, but after it passes, colder air will rush in for Saturday afternoon and evening hours and Sunday.
WHAT'S NEXT: While Thanksgiving is looking to be dry, colder and breezy at times, Tuesday into Wednesday is looking to be messy with rain and wind impacting numerous potential travelers.
FORECAST:
OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear skies and barely a breeze. Lows in the mid-30s to low-40s.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny to mostly cloudy with breezy winds picking up. Showers don’t arrive until late in late in the day or night. Highs in the low- to mid-60s. (Record: 67) Lows in the upper-40s to low-50s.
SATURDAY: Morning showers fade early in the day then partly cloudy skies follow with breezy winds. Highs in the low- to mid-50s. Lows in the low- to mid-30s.
