The number of deaths due to the coronavirus pandemic continue to rise in New York.
Thirty more people have died due to COVID-19.
At last check, the statewide infection rate is at 2.7% percent with more than 3,600 tests coming back positive on Saturday.
In the Mid-Hudson region, there are 556 new cases and the infection rate is at 3.6 percent. Here are the top three counties with the highest number of new cases:
  • Westchester – 253
  • Rockland – 120
  • Orange - 93
