Officials arrested 19-year-old Jon Pelcin on Tuesday after an investigation into several sexual assaults of a minor that had occurred over several years.
The investigation revealed that these incidents occurred in various locations throughout the Hudson Valley and New Jersey.
Pelcin was arraigned in the City of Middletown Court and was remanded to Orange County Jail.
