Monday night storm knocks down power lines in the Hudson Valley

The storm on Monday knocked down power lines and caused outages for some Hudson Valley neighborhoods.
The worst of the storm was in Sloatsburg during the evening commute where there was heavy rain, lightning and periods of flooding.
News 12’s Jonathan Gordon was in Thunderbolt 12 in New City to check out the damage.
A video shared by Clarkstown police shows wires that fell to the ground and were burning on the side of the road.
