A missing Yonkers teen has been found safe after he was found in upstate New York.
Police say Jean Carlos Rivera, 16, went to a relative's house in Albany County without telling anyone.
Officials say the teen was reported missing Sunday afternoon from his Hawthorne Avenue home.
His family says he suffers from schizophrenia.
