Police say they found a missing Orange County man at a public rest stop.
Greenburgh police found the man at the Ardsley rest area on the New York State Thruway Friday afternoon.
Police say they found the man inhaling some sort of cleaning chemical inside his car.
Woodbury police had traced the man by his cellphone.
