Missing New Rochelle boy found trying to see 'Inside Out' in White Plains

A desperate search for a 6-year-old boy from New Rochelle ended miles away in White Plains. Police say Giovanni Marin disappeared just after 12 p.m. and was found in White Plains at around 3 p.m.
