A Millwood resident is upset over the current condition of her condo and is demanding that something be done.
Geri Spina says she went on vacation in February and when she returned to her Pheasant Run condo she discovered pipes had burst. She says water was pouring out of the ceiling and insulation was all over the place.
Seven weeks later, Spina says her place is still not livable. Spina says the property manager, Katonah Management, is not helping her at all even though it states in the by-laws that the board of managers is responsible for repairs in the event of a catastrophe.
A Katonah Management attorney says the company is working hard for Spina, pursuing claims against the insurance company.
