A Middletown physician's assistant has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for enticing seven minors to engage in sexual contact.
Jonathan Weiss, 32, was sentenced in Federal Court in White Plains, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
He pleaded guilty last December.
Authorities say in all the cases, Weiss posed as a minor and directed his teenage victims to take and send sexually explicit photographs to him through Snapchat while using the screen name Ian Jameson.
During sentencing, the federal judge said there was no excuse for Weiss's conduct.
Once he's released from prison, he will be on probation for 25 years.
