A manhunt is underway in Yonkers for the two gunmen who burst into a party inside an apartment and opened fire.

Police have been scouring the area near 73 Hamilton Ave., where the shots rang out early Sunday morning.

Officials say the two masked intruders entered a family's basement apartment shortly after 5 a.m. Members of the family, who didn't want to appear on camera, say one of the intruders started firing, striking a female in the foot and a male in the groin.

The family says the gunmen then ran from the home, apparently without any proceeds.

Police say the two victims were hospitalized with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
