A man who blew his fuse with a local utility company and got arrested after October's snowstorm has worked out a probation deal.
Walter Barrett, of Cold Spring, was arrested after he threatened Central Hudson Gas and Electric by posting threatening comments on Facebook. Barrett was upset he had lost power for six days during the storm.
Barrett will have to perform 35 hours of community service. If he stays out of trouble for six months, the aggravated harassment charges against him will be dismissed.
