A Middletown man has been sentenced to up to seven years in prison for a DWI crash that killed his friend. Police say Andre Davis had drugs and alcohol in his system when he crashed his car in Middletown

A Middletown man has been sentenced to up to seven years in prison for a DWI crash that killed his friend.
Police say Andre Davis had drugs and alcohol in his system when he crashed his car in Middletown last year. His friend, Michael Cotten was killed in the crash.
Davis pleaded guilty to second-degree vehicular manslaughter.
Cotten's mother says she appreciates the fact that Davis is remorseful, but that it still doesn't take the pain away of losing her son.
