Rohan Patrick, 41, has pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide for striking and killing Bard College student Linh Hong Nguyen.
Dutchess County prosecutors say he admitted to driving drowsy and speeding in Red Hook.
Nguyen had just graduated with a master's degree in music from Bard College.
