A Connecticut man is dead after he crashed a Vespa motorcycle into a tree in Bedford.
Police say Frank Verni was driving northbound on Old Post Road just before noon Sunday when he lost control and went off the road.
His passenger, Joanne Verni, is in critical condition.
There is currently no word on what caused the crash.
