A man is facing up to 9 years in prison for burglary that occurred in Unionville last May.

The Orange County District Attorney says Jesse Frank held a knife while kicking down the door of the home. He is accused of entering the home and then threatening to kill the tenant.

Frank pleaded guilty to the burglary, according to authorities. He is due back in court on May 7.
