An individual is in custody following a violent incident that resulted in three people being hospitalized early Sunday morning near Whispers Cocktail Lounge in Wallkill.

Police have identified the suspect as Tyrone Minton, who has been arrested and is facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon and assault in connection with the incident.
