Man indicted on multiple rape charges after alleged stairwell assault in White Plains

Kenneth Ivey, a Yonkers resident, has been indicted after police found drugs in his residence.

City of Kingston police and Town of Ulster police initiated the investigation in November of last year.

Ivey had previously been arrested in January and later released on charges.

He was arrested again in November on numerous narcotics-related charges. His next court appearance is pending.
