Police arrested a Brooklyn man for his part in an incident that put Concordia College on lockdown last month.
Authorities say 22-year-old Cleveland Smith entered a residence hall at the college in Bronxville and attempted to assault a 19-year-old female student.
They say Smith ran away carrying what witnesses described as a gun. 
Smith has been arraigned and released until his next court appearance.
