Man accused of impersonating officer in Yonkers
Yonkers police say a man was arrested Saturday for allegedly pretending to be a police officer. They say the man tried to pass himself off as an officer at a deli at Saratoga and Caryl avenues.

Yonkers police say a man was arrested Saturday for allegedly pretending to be a police officer.
They say the man tried to pass himself off as an officer at a deli at Saratoga and Caryl avenues.
He was caught when the man he was speaking to turned out to be an NYPD officer himself.
The suspect was taken in for questioning by Yonkers detectives.
