A Stony Point man once called the "Mad Flasher" for allegedly exposing himself to his neighbors has allegedly struck again.
Frank Chillino was arrested last week for exposing himself.
Police say the 65-year-old stood in a window of his home and shined a light on his private parts so that anybody walking by could see them.
Chillino was arrested in 2010 and 2011 on similar charges.
While Chillino did not want to come out of his home and talk with News 12, he did say the charges were "bogus," and that he was set up.
He was released from jail after posting $250 bail, and is due in court next month.
