TWIGS Thriftree Thrift Shop, a beloved local establishment, has reached a remarkable milestone in their philanthropic endeavors.
For over sixty years, the thrift store has been dedicated to giving back to the Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco.
In a recent display of their commitment to the community, TWIGS Thriftree Thrift Shop made a generous donation of $142,000 to the hospital. This significant contribution brings the total amount donated by the thrift store to over $4 million.
Throughout the years, the shop's contributions have played a vital role in supporting various initiatives at the hospital. Notably, funds have been used to establish a Healing Garden at the Cancer Health and Wellness Center, providing a tranquil space for patients and their families. Additionally, TWIGS Thriftree Thrift Shophas contributed to the creation of a Serenity Garden at the hospital's Emergency Department, offering solace to individuals during challenging times.
