Although fuel prices aren't nearly as high as this time last year, Westchester residents say they're still feeling the hurt at the pump this summer.
A recent county survey reported gas at $2.91 a gallon, but residents say they still believe it's way too high, and are staying more local than usual.
"We always think twice about going far away," says Bill Hahnenberger, of New Rochelle. "We don't know how much the gas is going to be when we get there. There's a lot of things to do in Westchester so that's what we do, stay in Westchester."
