A group of Orange County activists say a multimillion-dollar Legoland theme park goes against the Town of Goshen's master plan.
Legoland wants to build its newest theme park on a 500-acre lot off Route 17. The planning board approved the park's environmental review last week.
While jobs and tax revenue are expected to be a major boost for the area, activists say the attraction breaks the law.

"We must adhere to the law. We can't have people coming and saying at any given moment we are going to do whatever we want to do," says attorney Michael Sussman.
A Legoland spokesman says they are incorporating public and elected officials' input into the park's plans.
