Leaders, lawmakers denounce hate against Asian American, Pacific Islander communities
Sen. James Skoufis and Assemblyman Jon Jacobson say they will put words into action by actively looking into hate crime legislation and funding in the upcoming budget to better address hate crimes against those in the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.
