Lawyers for the families of three Yonkers men killed in the Taconic wrong-way crash say despite an autopsy of Diane Schuler that revealed no signs of longterm alcoholism, she is still to blame.

Irving Anolik, who is representing the family of Michael and Guy Bastardi, says that while an autopsy shows Schuler - the woman who police say was driving the wrong way on the Taconic State Parkway - had no signs of alcohol abuse, that doesn't mean she wasn't high or drunk.

Thomas Ruskin, the Schuler family's private investigator, has said he will hand over the autopsy report to forensic experts.

Eight people were killed in the July 26 crash.
