5h agoThree graduates of Valhalla Middle High School are suing the district and music teacher Jeffrey Dulitz.
The three women claim they were subjected to sexual offenses, sexual abuse and sexual contact by Dulitz between 1985 and 1996. They allege that it happened over hundreds of hours while they were alone in his classroom.
They say the district failed to exercise a minimal level of oversight over Dulitz and failed to investigate when it was clear it should have.
There is no comment yet on the lawsuit from the district.
There have now been four lawsuits filed against the district and Dulitz.
