Latimer: No decision yet on opening of Rye Playland

BRIEFING NOTES:

County Executive Latimer is joined by Yorktown Town Supervisor Matthew Slater where they have distributed free masks to the public.
There have been 31,943 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Westchester.
There are 2,711 active cases in the county, down from a peak of 11,000.
The county death toll is at 1,269.12% of the county's population has been tested.
Latimer says the county is heading toward a 75% negative, 25% positive ratio of those tested.
About 3,000 antibody tests have taken place at the Westchester County Center, where first responders were prioritized.
A decision on the opening of Playland will most likely be made later this month. "It's possible it will not open. It's possible it will reopen for a limited season."
