Corey Marshall, 34, of Kingston, has been indicted on multiple charges related to a shooting incident from a year ago.
On Oct. 6, 2022, Marshall allegedly shot the victim six times in the hip before fleeing the scene while wearing a mask.
Following an extensive investigation, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office apprehended Marshall.
He now faces charges of attempted murder, assault, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. Marshall is currently being held without bail at the Ulster County Jail, awaiting arraignment at a future date.
