Police have arrested Marc Whittaker for allegedly making a terroristic threat against the Ulster County Department of Social Services building.

Police have arrested Marc Whittaker for allegedly making a terroristic threat against the Ulster County Department of Social Services building.
According to reports, Whittaker threatened to blow up the building during a telephone conversation with building staff.
He was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
