Ulster County police arrested a Kerhonkson man on Wednesday for murder.

Authorities say 50-year-old Damon Foy was arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail.

Foy is awaiting a court date.

The arrest comes after a homicide investigation by the county Sheriff's Office, state police and the Ulster County district attorney.
