Police from multiple agencies will be taking part in drills at Carmel High School this week.

Officials say there could be loud noises during the trainings but are stressing that people do not be alarmed or concerned.

They say the training is taking place through July 29 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Agencies involved include the Putnam County Sherriff’s Department, Carmel Police Department, Kent Police Department and the New York State Police.
