A New York State Supreme Court judge has ruled the current Assembly District lines will be in place for the June primary.
The judge ruled the court has not yet received any potential maps. The new maps need to be in place by next Thursday.
That deadline still wouldn't be enough time to have them redrawn for the primary.
A special master must come up with new redistricting maps for Congressional and state Senate districts by May 20. The maps had to be redrawn after they were ruled unconstitutional.
Congressional and state Senate primaries are scheduled for Aug. 23.
