Republican presidential candidate and Ohio Gov. John Kasich is looking into a Bardonia building as a possible campaign office.
Kasich is not alone in focusing on Rockland County and the Hudson Valley in general. Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton will be setting up a phone bank inside law offices in New City. Other candidates are reportedly in the process of mapping out their strategies from now until the New York primary elections on April 19.
The Ohio governor's plans for an office in Bardonia are still being worked out.
So far, Kasich has announced plans for events in the Hudson Valley at Iona College in New Rochelle and in Pearl River, both on Saturday.
