More than 20 shows will take place across the Hudson Valley through Sunday, including in Sugar Loaf and Peekskill. "The idea is to make it at a variety of locations so there is something for everybody. Some folks like to sit outside , someone a theater," says founder Steve Rubin.
Many of the shows are free or have a small cover charge.
