International fugitives from Ireland arrested in Ulster County

Kathleen McCarthy, 35, and her husband Oliver Boswell, 36, both of Ireland, were arrested in Ulster County after a traffic stop revealed they were wanted by London police since 2018 for 19 counts of money laundering.
McCarthy was initially arrested for driving a stolen truck, leading to the discovery of their fugitive status.
The couple, with possible links to a traveling conmen fraud group, are being held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
