A unique experience is coming to Sleepy Hollow to celebrate a major milestone.
Workers are putting up a circus tent to house a tech-savvy re-telling of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
The show, named "The Legend," will honor the 200th anniversary of Washington Irving's iconic story of Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman.
"This will be the first time in the history of American circus that an animal act has been portrayed as a hologram: And that animal act will be the Headless Horseman ride across the tent," says Carlo Pelligrini, of Westchester Circus Arts.
Washington Irving will be in hologram form too!
The first show is set for Sept. 23.
