Police say a man was fatally shot in Haverstraw Friday night.

Daryana Aponte says her husband, Andy, was shot and killed outside of their Hudson Avenue home shortly after 9 p.m.

She says it took 30 minutes for help to arrive.

The Rockland County District Attorney's Office confirmed the homicide and is asking the public for any information that could assist the Haverstraw Police Department with the investigation.

Aponte says they're not doing enough.

The family set up a GoFundMe page to help with the funeral costs, and is planning a march through downtown Haverstraw Sunday.

Andy leaves behind his wife and three children, including a 3-month-old daughter.
