A motorcyclist was injured in what he says was a road rage incident in Elmsford.

Anthony Soilis, of Chappaqua, was struck by a car in June at West Main Street and Valley Avenue right off of the Saw Mill River Parkway.

Surveillance video shows the driver of a black Honda hit Soilis, causing him to fall off of his bike in the middle of the intersection.

"He had no regard to any cars in the intersection and he intentionally hit me with his vehicle," Soilis said.

Soilis said the road rage began while he was traveling south on the Saw Mill River Parkway. He says the driver of the Honda wouldn't stop tailgating him, so he pulled his bike over.

Soilis said when he started to exit his vehicle, he broke one of the Honda's back windows with his helmet to scare the driver off. He says the driver got back in his car and continued south. Soilis said he thought the best thing to do was to get off the parkway toward Elmsford.

However, the motorcyclist says the driver found him and caused the crash.

Soilis said he is now suffering from back pain and has to get tests done. He says the Elmsford Police Department issued him tickets and let the driver, who stayed on the scene, off without any citations.

"On the scene, I expressed everything that happened in that video. I don't even know what's going on with this guy from here on out. It's almost two months later and I feel hopeless," Soilis said.

News 12 reached out to the Elmsford Police Department but have not heard back.
