Friends and family mourned the loss of a man who died in a hang gliding accident earlier this month.
Hundreds packed St. Anthony of Padua Church in West Harrison Saturday to honor the life of Tomas Banevcius.
The 40-year-old was in Florida when his glider suddenly took a nosedive.
Banevcius is remembered as an avid sportsman, craftsman, family man and friend to many.
He came to the United States from Lithuania in 1975 and leaves behind a wife and 18-year-old son.
