Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in downtown White Plains Saturday morning to raise their voices in support of clean water, protecting the environment and against the Trump administration’s stance on climate change.
Protesters who gathered at Main Street and Mamaroneck Avenue, told News 12 the event is a sister event to the "People's Climate Movement" march in Washington, D.C.
Organizers say the life of our planet depends on making sure their voices are heard.
The rally coincides with President Trump’s 100th day in office.
