Some of the best cuisine in the Hudson Valley can be found at a reduced rate next week during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.
Diners can order a three-course dinner from a fixed price menu at participating restaurants for just under $30. Lunches cost a little less.
Matt Hudson, who owns the Hudson House in Nyack, say it's a great way to discover what area restaurants have to offer.
"We've been around 24 years," he says. "We've been in business quite a long time, but its surprising how many people don't know about us yet, so this is a good tool."
Restaurant Week begins Monday and runs through Nov. 16.
